Downloaded this from Baka-OST.com, where the files were like 16mbs each but in RM format.

Okay, this one is REALLY sweet!
I've only seen the OVA, but that one didn't dissapoint at all! It's a very heart-warming romantic anime, with a twist of comedy, without getting too much! I thought: "Ken Akamatsu" while I saw this one, because I can relate it to Ken Akamatsu's other great work - minus some of the excessive humor like Love Hina have. And that's a good thing. Heartwarming, humoristic and exciting sweet anime.
The music is great, and so are the English voices.
I recommend it to everyone.
Now I will download 3 episodes of the serial, and see if it's just a plain re-telling.

Okay, just saw some of the serial, and I have to say, that if you plan on watching both the OVA and the serial, then START with the OVA!
The serial seems to be a little while back, in the storyline of the OVA. So watch the OVA.
Actually, I don't think the serial is so good. The OVA was very surprising though! I recommend the OVA.

The ova was better then the anime Does the ova have subs? I did not see any integrated in ova [Info: I'm using K-Lite Codec Pack and play the ova from the media player installed with the codecs, I also used windows media player also to play the ova and same thing...the anime subs showed nice ]

to me it was honestly like im watching a alternate n brief version of "maison ikkoku"..but ikkoku had much better animation n was much more fun to watch..but this one's good too...worth watching...thanx a bunch uploader for sharing this
