This anime looks so beautiful it's amazing. Very pleasing to the eyes. In addition usually the stories are extremely complex so it adds to the fun.

Those who have seen the series GitS SAC 2nd Gig doesn't need to see this one here. It's exactly the same material and the same story, but cut down to tell the story quicker and just the Individual Eleven related stuff. Nothing new here.

As Chocwise said, you don't need to watch this if you've already seen 2nd Gig. I hardly saw any new footage/dialogue. Hell, the new footage/dialogue I noticed are so minor that I'm not even 100% sure if they really are new.
The "heavily edited and focuses more on relationship" you read everywhere is complete crap.
