It's never to late to do the right thing! 
I'm not against repacking but if you do that you should still name your files the way the groups did(with their names and everything).

I edited a couple of chapters (Technu = me). Was really hard to edit those color pages. Didn't know it was that popular though.

Loved Vol 3.
The manga was stopped short. And apparently, the anime is basically the manga, without Vol 3, and then continued it and changed a few things.
