A fun anime, definitely one of my favorites. It tends to just stay solely in funny-land territory with a few exceptions of mood whiplash. Right when it starts to get stale, it begins to introduce a lot of new characters (Though I honestly preferred the original four). Also, the end of each episode has a 'Lucky Channel' segment, which is absolutely hilarious, easily my favorite part of each episode. The art and animation were both as very nice (It better be, considering most of the time they are just standing around talking).
If you want to watch an anime that has no plot, and is about nothing really, then I definitely recommend this one. One of the best animes I have watched in a while.
