So V2 won't be uploaded here? Do I have to get it from RyRo's tracker?

First they need to come out. Then they'll probably end up here.

No, it looks like they retired after Inazuma Eleven.

Toei announced a sequel of Digimon Adventure coming in 2015.
They've also announced a 15th Anniversary Blu-ray Box for Digimon Adventure and the movies, coming out March 3, 2015.

Now that we know that blurays of this show are coming out, here's hoping some fansub group will pick them up.

It is unlikely to see any news of v2 from R-R since they retired. But their project index page now lists that v2 as Blu-ray, not DVD. It looks like they retired after Inazuma Eleven.

OZC is releasing the BDrips on Nyaa (Movie 1-2+Series). Currently finished up to episodes 34+movie 1, Tri. movie 1.
Keyword released complete BDrips of episodes 1-54 (v2).
Koten_Gars doing HEVC/x265 release of BDrips. Currently finished movies 1 & 2,  Tri. movie 1.
M-L did the first movie.

New retcon sequel Digimon Tri. is on Nyaa

^ I'm under the impression that baka always gets the best one. If they accepted another, there would be rankings in it, I used to see:

B:[group] anime
C:[group] anime

B for 720p, C for SD releases, they contend in different classes, like in boxing there's featherweight and heavyweight for example. If you want best 720p quality video, it'll be in B-category, if you want best SD quality it'll be in C-category.
