It appears this torrent requiers you to have your software up to date which is no biggie for most people but I seem to be having a little trouble getting there   I've got a Mac so getting cccp/MPC isn't an option but I've been using XBMC that works with pretty much everything else I've gotten from here. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experiance on a mac and knows a workaround/different player or is a general computerwiz and could throw me a bone?
The wierd thing is that it works fine up until the third episode where it just stops playing after 12 seconds. Trying to jump past that point does nothing, but seeing as how roughly 10000 people have downloaded this torrent and most claim to have watched it without problems or at least gotten it to work after a little troubleshooting I'm not inclined to believe that the encoding is at fault and I've double checked that 100% of the files have been downloaded so I don't see how they could have gotten corrupted.
Therefore I'm assuming that it's my software that needs a overhaul. I don't know much about torrents in general so is it possible that one episode has gotten corrupted and that's the whole of it? If that's the case would deleting that epsiode and resuming the torrent to redownload the episode at fault fix everything?

Note that all my Mac software is up to date, I'm running a fairly new computer with good stats that should be able to run almost anything so what's left seems to be my player of choice. VLC obviously can't play this torrent and Quick Time (with Perian) stops at the same time as XBMC (however XBMC is in my personal opinion better, especially in rendering higher resolution videos) and MPlayer won't even start the video whereas MPlayer Extended produces the same results as the first two.

So.. any thoughts?

Eh ok so I think I might have spoken a little to fast, apparantly I had not downloaded all the files..   But after a forced recheck (like revee had actually allready pointed out, do'h!) it started downloading the missing files so I guess I'm good to go.

Sorry for double posting btw, forgot about the editing function and I can't seem to delete my posts so... yeah, hopefully they'll be usefull if someone else has a similar problem

Mr Zoo, If you find some nice up to date binaries of mplayer 2 any video should play fine on a mac in conjunction with MPlayer OSX Extended.

Good series and good rip but whoever did the subs decided to add their own commentary. "like that is your reason? BITCH!" etc. kinda of annoying and they did it throughout the entire series and the 14-26 episodes as well.


Still worth a watch I rather enjoyed it. Only thing that ticked me off is he choose the girl he loved and then he couldn't pick again at the end. WTF mate?

@Adriasil, cool good to know it's a viable option, but XBMC is working fine for me so I doubt I'll make the attempt to make MPlayer work, but thanks anyway! Allthough that link doesn't seem to work anymore :p

Decent series.  Its worth watching if your interested and have nothing else to do.

im having issues playing this with vlc player ive done a force recheck and still not working... plays for abit then randomly skips back to start can anyone help me with this problem?

Edit: nevermind after reinstalling vlc problem is fixed

an okay series, 6/10 at most, but I raged so hard at the ending. If you have any idea how modern airliners work, you will be raging too...

Though the storyline is okay. I'll give it a 8/10

It seems there is no release of the DVD version of this anime by any group. Does the DVD version have any differences regarding this HDTV version? I really like to have the media version at all, so if someone could get the DVD raws and apply the subs and reupload, it would be really neat
