This file has subtitles yes. If they do not appear automatically, you can select them with your media player. We suggest using Media Player Classic. Right click>Navigate>Subtitles>pick one.

Pretty decent work on the english dub, prefer sub but its still pretty good, they use the same voice actors as in the anime, at least for most of the characters
