This is an amazing torrent, no doubt about.
However, I have a rather confusing problem.
The different languages load just fine, however, whenever I try to turn on any of the subtitles, the video just stops and won't continue.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

Maybe is the player..What did you use to play them?

For some reason it thought episode 4 was 1hr 37mins... don't know whether that's a fault of the torrent or my client though

It's technically the file. I forgot to correct the end time of a blank line at the end of the sub file from when I ripped the subs off the DVD, so when it's fed to the player, it thinks the ultimate runtime of the episode is 1h37m. Luckily, players will just kill the playback when the video runs out, so it works just fine.

I've actually seen this anime before downloading this torrent and loved it. I would recommend this to anyone   this torrent included. I was at first skeptical at even watching this show the first time because I despise Mechs in anime, but don't let this turn you away. The show is mostly about strategy, morality, and shell shocking. I also wanted to thank the torrent uploader for making a torrent with dual audio, outstanding quality, without MASSIVE GBs of space. THANK YOU THANK YOU   I will continue to seed for a long time.

I'm using Daum Potplayer to play mkv files.
I was able to switch between audios (Eng/Jap) using the Ctrl + A method.
But I can't seem to enable the subtitles when I switch to JAP the subtitles won't show. I've read a guide it says Ctrl + A for audio and Ctrl + O for subtitles, I tried pressing Ctrl + O and it asked me to open a subtitle file. I don't see anything in the folder please help.

I still don't have answers. :'( please help.

I'm not familiar with potplayer, but that hotkey seems to be for external subtitles only. Go into settings and look at your list of hotkeys. There should be another that says switch subtitle stream or something similar.

I did found one. It's suppose to enable/disable subtitles but it's strange I turn on/off mine several times and no subtitles would show. Anyone else might have possible solutions? I love this player, it meets my expectation and provide all my needs. I don't plan on switching that's why I'm asking if anyone else might know the problem.

It isn't an issue of enable/disable subtitles. In the same file, there are multiple subtitle tracks. The second track will give you the full subtitles. There should be a button for that. In the original KMPlayer it was the "s" key. I'll venture to guess that in your case it will be Ctrl+S. It isn't to turn on and off subtitles. It is supposed to cycle between the available subtitle tracks.

Try using Media Player Classic. I'm using it for some time and never had any problems with loading subs. The only problem is that I have to get up from the bed and switch to japanese and load subs with every new episode (I'm lazy, I know). Btw. I don't think I really have to say that the anime is awesome and this upload didn't give me any problems. The sound and video quality are as 720p should be.

I'm using potplayer too.. the hotkey for changing audio stream is ALT+A and the hotkey for changing subtitles is ALT+L..

had to get a different torrent client, but now that im using utorrent i will seed indefinitely. This show is really good
