That image makes this look pedo. . .
Glad to see that subs for this series turned up eventually, though.

That image makes this look pedo. . .It`s your fantasy, I don`t see any pedo/loli warning here. Also i think it`s official art ( girl (Atsuko Akanegi) just removed on another background).
Also if somebody want to upload F-B fansub feel free to do it. I don`t want searching this series on my dvd`s... just lazy

Although if is different enough I guess I'll add this to me collection,
It's a good anime and the music was good too!

As for Diamond Daydreams, I thought it was a pretty cool show. Eh finds diamond dust and doesn't afraid of anything. That aside, it's an "anthology" series on the lines of Sentimental Journey and Seraphim Call. No over-arching main storyline, but most of the 2-episode stories are well-done. Excellent "atmosphere," music, and backgrounds, too. The English dub is also quite good, for those interested in it. Same director (Kyle Jones) as ADV's dubs for Kino's Journey, Air, Kanon, and Madlax -- their "go to guy" for drama.

One of the most heartwarming animes I've ever seen. The anime have that magical "slice of life" feeling that makes you almost live side by side with the characters in the anime. You're simply able to become absorbed into the small universe this anime creates.
The anime is able to give your soul a warm feeling - the way only an anime can accomplish. Even small events (compared to blockbuster hollywood movies where there are huge tragedies) can make you get a little tear in your eye, due to the extremely well told narrative style and good stories. The reason for this is that the events happening in the anime can happen to ALL of us! It's "down-to-earth" which results in a great character-identification which is essential to a good anime (imo).
The anime shows the lives of some girls, we meet throughout the journey. One of the characters is an iceskater who breaks her leg, another lies in a hospital, and then there's a filmmaker who is struggling with her films. The beauty of this anime is that all the characters are so lovely and sweet - there are no ulterior motives in any of them, and that's what makes it so incredibly beautiful.
The anime manages to create an universe that is almost like an utopia. It's a world where people are helping each other and backing each other up, and it happens in such a huge instance that it touches something inside you. There are no exaggerated anime themes (like exaggerated humor and unreal events), no wild and quick animation, and no warrior epic tragedies or dramas - no, because a ship like Titanic that sinks, does not happen every day. And while the tragedy of Titanic is sad, it doesn't really get into our bones, we can't really identify with the people on the ship - because most of us have never even tried anything similar. However, being scared, the feeling of loss, the feeling of being betrayed - you see, those are things we've all tried - felt, and we can relate when the characters experience this as well. And the way the emotions are portrayed in this anime is simply beautiful.
Something else I want to emphasize is the composition of the scenes. The narration in the story is something I've not seen in any other animes. It's hard to explain what I mean. For instance; if we have a pan on a person while she is talking, there are little "breaks" on other objects, very quick "breaks" or "shots". And those objects symbolize something related to what's happening in the story. It's very creative, loved it.
