They are there. IIRC, they are just turned off by default. However, it is recommended to use external subs instead of embedded ones in this case (see Attachments).

It's not there. :/ I tried to find it through the video player while watching an episode (as I find every subtitle) but it's not attached in the files.

It's a DTV rip, therefore video quality isn't the best. On the other hand, subtitles are MUCH better than R1 DVD subs.
`w´ is a good DVD rip + subtitles from SHS. However, it is not available on BakaBT at the moment.

I dont get it, i know bakabt dont do licensed anime.. so.. is the original a fansub? I cant imagine any fans doing such a half-assed job.

The only two anime companies blacklisted on BakaBT are Funimation and NIS America. According to ANN, this half-assed job was done by Yurika Dennis for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Cartoon Network.
