Isn't this a movie and not a OVA , I mean when it was on TV it was just one episode i.e. a 'Movie' Anyway a real good anime I believe this was both an OVA and a movie. It was released in some places in the world as a movie and in other places as 2 OVAs.

If you are reading the comments, it is probably because you are trying to decide if you should watch this or not.
Watch it.
Personally, I put this on the same tier as Akira, Ninja Scroll and Ghost in the Shell.

Too bad there's some noticeable dubtitling going on with this OVA. Like in ep 01, 22:30 --
Subtitles and English audio: "Suffer, Ido! I want to see your face when your little toy is broken."
Japanese line: "Ido, anata no zetsubou shita kao ga mitai."
Translation: "Ido, I want to see the look of despair on your face."
No command to suffer, no mention of "little toy." Or earlier in the same ep, when subs/Eng have "Do you have any regrets about Zalem," but the line is "Zalem ni modoru ki?" -- "Do you intend to return to Zalem?". Obviously all R1 releases will use these same subs, so switching to a different group won't do much good. (For the sake of reference, I've got V-A.)

This is really good. Love the art, love the story. It's really something to look into if you like sci-fi/cyberpunk.
