This anime brought me to Transformers fandom AND to anime itself, I'm now an anime fan thanks to TF: Armada and TF:Superlink.
After simplicity of first 12 episodes, the plot of Armada soon becoming more rich and dramatic. Interesting characters and many funny moments, along with deep drama, when we discover that the robots is able to cry too. Also this series contains 'easter eggs' from original Transformers cartoon and first Japanese trilogy (HMV). I highly recommend the newbie Transfans to watch it.
