I know for anime, BBT strives for original filenames, though I dunno if it's as strict for manga. Personally, I'm inclined to agree. I'll request a swap & we'll see from there.

BakaBT has an original fienames fetish towards manga too, it's just that Dynasy Scans filenames are a bit confusing...

considering they are all individual short stories, thus no specific order has to be kept i don't think the renaming would make much of an improvement.

It's a link to download mangameya, a free manga reader, and the site works, don't know why you can't connect to it.
