I started reading this about 3-4 months ago. It really does feel like brady bunch: the manga, with some ecchi thrown in. The ecchi moments really clash with the usually family sitcom atmosphere of the manga.

Would have been nice if you would have renamed these files and put the group names at the end to ensure easy reading.

Check the wiki. If filenames in releases using multiple groups are messing up the file ordering, it's okay.
Changing files is frowned upon, whereas changing the filenames to something sensible is okay, especially when done right: Title_v##_c##_[group_name].ext (use leading zeroes!).
In some cases, it's even okay to change files, for instance when you've got full-volume archives for most volumes, and chapter files for a single volume. Zipping it up into a volume is okay then.
If you mention what you change (regarding filenames) people can rename and hash check if they want to help seed but got the files elsewhere.

Wow. This was a total joy to read. Lots of surprisingly cute and touching moments, I actually teared up at a few of them. Most notably, the arm wrestling scene :'-(. Thanks a bunch for uploading this.
