I fixed it, if it's not enough then I can edit in a better one.
This movie is done with CRF19 as well, but actually gives a bit better quality as opposed to the first movie. Maybe it's just my imagination. The bitrate turned out to be higher though. The subs can be used with Aegisub as seen in the description. Not sure what made the difference this time.
Also, I replaced " when used like this : Light"s, car"s ------------> with '
and deleted "" and left only one. This was not done in the first movie. I thought about fixing the ordering of names, but that would just take too much unnecessary time. Time I don't have. Also, there might be some errors in the script. I do think 99% of it is fine, but please do mention if you catch any errors. I could possibly upload an edited script as an attachment.
Generic description since I don't want to re-use the one for the first movie.
I heard there's some questions from Last Name that are answered in "L: Change World" so I might do it after all even though no one has expressed a wish to see it here.

Alright, I'm expressing interest in L:Change the World. I saw it once, it's a pretty fun movie, even if it has nothing to do with death note, except L and the orphanage (and one more person/thing, but that's a spoiler).

Alright, I'm expressing interest in L:Change the World.Hmm, I get these movies from AsianDVDClub, but I just saw someone saying that "L - Change the World" RAW is just an re-encode. They're just 22 GBs per movie so I somewhat figured they were RAWs, but they're apparently supposed to be around 40GB to be a RAW.
That being said, what I'm offering here looks fine. So I might just encode it even though it isn't at full quality.

Lighto kun was allways popular with the ladies, getting their names and numbers onto his death phone, ultimately breaking their heart in the end.

22GBs probably is the raw. It's only around 40-50GB if they used double layer BD, which I don't think they did. The one I found on HDroad is a .ts on 20 gb, so I'm pretty sure you are using raws, but I could be wrong

Ok, so this is driving me nuts, the audio description doesn't mention if this movie is in English or Japanese, or both. It's great there are english subs, but is that only for the hard of hearing? I like watching movies in their original language. Is this movie in Japanese?
