*steals* I just noticed that each chara has the kanji for their individual attributes. IIRC, the images come from the Vongola 77 databook.
If you're gonna watch this, be prepared for the 1st season. It's as boring as watching grass grow and the worse thing is that it's all canon but the episodes feel like filler.

that's simplified chinese in the picture... the japanese kanji would be 嵐"arashi", 大空"oozora", 晴れ"hare", 雨""ame", 霧"kiri", 雷"kaminari" and 雲"kumo".

I have the first 2/3 of the series, and I've watched the first ten or twelve episodes, but I could never get into it. I felt pretty stupid, since I've heard how fun it is, but I could just never retain interest. I've heard the first 40 to 50 episodes of One Piece are the same way (but I don't know if I feel willing to watch that many hours of boring crap to get to good stuff). If Reborn gets more interesting later, maybe I'll try to slog through the first season one more time to get to the better episodes.

Yea this series definitely requires a little slow period motivation. However, like others have stated it gets much better.

Actually this series starts getting good around episode 20. Then it only gets better and better.

Those from sayonara released a new version of this OVA. IMO the v2 they released is better than this one, maybe we should make an update here?

I personally thought the first arc before Mukuro's arrival was awesome. It took me a while to get acclimated to the genre switch.
