There is talk a the beginning for about 20 minutes (skipped) and there may be talk at the end, but the
middle is a a concert of all the songs from the soundtrack performed live by the original artists including
one extra tucked in before the Ai song by yozuka*.
Most of the songs are labeled at the beginning of the song in english though some not labeled in english on the soundtrack were also not labeled in english on the video...
They are not lip synch (familiar with the soundtrack to know the sound and cadence -- they vary)...
Just in case anyone wondered if this was worth D/ling... the talk -- eh! I don't understand!... the beautiful music that made up the soundtrack... I get that part... no subtitles needed.

I wish BBT allowed more music videos without subtitles. I want to add some Live Action Sailor Moon Musicals, but the definitely require subtitles since they heavily feature drama sequences.
Oh well, looks like I can hold off reporting this torrent now after seeing the comments. I downloaded this such a long time ago and still haven't properly watched it lol
