Since you're distro for OZC, could you add the 720p version of Blue Submarine #6 to go along with the 1080p version? I haven't seen any other releases, but the OZC 720p release looks pretty good to me so far, and shouldn't be too "upscaled" for people's tastes.

Watched "The Social Network" today and at it put me in the mood to get this knocked out, before heading off for the New Year parties  :-).

In response to requests, here you have it Blue Submarine No. 6 720p.

Woah, this was made in '98? the quality of the animation is superb judging strictly by the screen shots, especially the third one. if someone told me this was made recently i would have believed them.

its troublesome when they let offers sit in the pool. haha. you've been stuck with only one offer slot for just under 2 months now.

I download this series in the past and was very sad the subtitles glitched on me. I'm not sure if it was the file the video was saved in or the player I was using on the mac but I hope this version works at least.

the animation is superb (as are the character designs - <3 Range Murata) but the use of q-tec for the BD upscale ruined it for me.

.
Have had this on my "to-watch" list for a long time.  Apprec. very much the nice 720 version, since my poor system can't do the full 1080 thing.

Thank you!!

This will look sick on my new Dell U2410 IPS, if you haven't seen Anime on IPS display you don't know what you're missing, its like the HD revolution all over again i swear, colors look insanely beautiful and accurate.

So true... ;_;
I wish they used some completely plain upscaling for it instead...

In which case it would look mostly like the DVD when put in an upscaling player/computer, though with a tad fewer artifacts. This way at the very least there are two different products up for sale. Believe it or not, Q-TEC may be very imperfect, but some people do still prefer it to an untouched treatment. The guys at Bandai are not that stupid.

It just comes down to the preference of the viewer. Nothing more to it.

Even though it's from 1998, I can't stand the CGi scenes in this anime. But maybe I'm just acting a little spoilt, however the Range Murata character designs are beautiful though.
