I recommend this - I've finished it, just to be clear.  I've been reading every good borderline-H manga I can find lately for some reason.  This one is just above-average, but when there's so few truly story-driven borderline-H manga series available, it's definitely worth a read.

The main problem is that, to put it simply, the characters and plot are pretty half-baked.  The characters are too generic to make much of an impression. The protagonist is 100% a wish-fulfillment stand-in for a nice, weak, frustrated Japanese salaryman with no real skills or redeeming features.  The love interest is an idol who is so "perfect" (by Japanese standards) that she doesn't really convince you she's real and worth falling in love with.  He of awkward social ineptitude, average looks, and spineless lack of ambition; she of big boobs, infinite compassion, and sanguine intentions; they became almost grating by the end.  The supporting characters have flashes of actual character, but mostly they are just distractions to make the story a bit more complicated.

Plot-wise, both characters spend volumes in generic and predictable "average chump and famous girl" situations.  These situations hammer hard on Japanese social anxiety with attention, and don't do anything really unexpected.  The conflict (not to spoil) that drives the whole story and prevents them from being together is completely generic and manufactured, and totally unconvincing.

But yep, it is indeed a long story with some borderline-H scenes, and it isn't awful.  And that's pretty rare.

But to put my money where my mouth is, for better borderline-H story-drive manga, I'd recommend :

Haru yo, Koi
Yume de Aetara
My Lovely Ghost Kana
Virgin na Kankei

Swapped again? Besides V5, there are no other changes right? I actually got the V5 file from the A Team site, is it the same?
