Basically an anime that more or less endorse things i dont like too much.. No offence but this was not 12 year childs and fater figure. Nope this was 12 year girls that were like 20year gals and a guy that was adult as over 18. Yes in end girls were 15-16 and boy were 21-22 or so but still..
Yes "nothing" in partically way happened but the implifications and wishes of girls etc etc were bit too child molesting for my tastes.

Glad I could find a reasonably high-def version of this anime. Remember streaming it at less than 360p back in the day. Still, the plot was excellent albeit a little complex to understand until the last episode

Lol, are you trying to say this anime promotes pedophilia?
A major (sub)plot revolves around the evils of involuntary forced marriage; if the girl involved is too young, then the premise of that arc is anti-pedophilia by implication. And if the girl ends up with someone she loves who *isn't* her father figure, isn't that a good thing?
Besides, a 16 yr old dating a 20 yr old is hardly pedophilia, especially compared to some of the weirder pairings that were implied as possible in the original series (remember the grade-schoolers with the goat?).
Also, 18 is not some magical age of sexual appropriateness for girls. We don't suddenly become adults at 18 (at least not sexually). You just basically called all girls under 18 children, and that's pretty insulting. And I bet if it was a guy who was only 16, you wouldn't complain so much!
