EDIT: What's really funny is the copyright text: "All rights of the producer and of the owner of the worker reproduced reserved unauthorized copying, public performance and broadcasting of this disc forbidden." Not just Engrish but a copyright warning on a bootleg!?The copyright warning is probably to throw off buyers who don't look too closely. That or they just copied it along with everything else.

What's really funny about the copyright thing is that some of these labels are legitimate companies, but only in their country of origin. Take Miya Records and SonMay. Both companies hold licenses for certain J-pop and anime releases, but the license holds true to Taiwan only. They are considered bootlegs outside of the country.
One other way you can tell is look at the shiny side of the disc. Is it gold? Or is the silver kind of off? A large part of these boots are pressed using CD-R's.

K-O Records is based in Taiwan, and they are a known bootleg outfit. They hold absolutely no licensing for any anime whatsoever. The same goes for Alion, who also put out the Picture Book CD. Wow, thanks for the info...my copy of OST 001 is a bootleg too by 'Smile Face International Records Co., LTD.' out of Taiwan. Now that I look at that label name it kinda sticks out but the place where I bought it is generally reputable I would tell them but well I bought this disc YEARS ago now and it's not bad so I'll deal....
