For what it's worth, it's not the CPU that can drag you down- get a half decent video card that supports DXVA.  My iconia windows tablet can play 1080p video because of the amd (ati) 6250 video card.

The problem isn't the computers, but the fact that A) people don't have the money to go out and blow on a new one every couple months to stay up to date with the ever-expanding world of technology. B) Computers are as outdated as their release date, in that a newer, better model will come out the next week. C) If factory bought, not easily upgradable. So, in essence... if a decent computer is bought even just within the year, it's still not exactly 'decent' anymore.

Besides... this whole bluray thing is way too overrated. :/

This better not get approved in less than 2 days or I fear Comcast and I might have an issue over my usage <3

You and me both... past 4 months I've used between 210GB~240GB each month and I can't go over 250GB. But then again, I'll probably download it anyway and push data usage to 245GB for this month just to get this... I mean come on, I bought 30TB worth of external HDDs specifically because I download so much anime, if I didn't try to get the most out of each months data usage then it would be a total waste of money and Hard Drive space.

So... you just basically confirmed my statement that people use crappy windows 98 computers to try to watch 720p, then gave them the excuse that if they bought a decent computer, they would need to keep buying a new computer as soon as they get it.

YOu realize that you can get a regular build or even decent pc but it will be outdated within a week. They can be using an i7 processor and windows 7 and a good graphics card but you need to realize people don't have alot of money especially in these times. The economy is horrid right now. Majority of people don't have 2,000 or 6,000 dollars to spend on a new pc. You are very ignorant to believe people have that kind of money.

Also this isn't original blu-ray by the way. Blu-ray is normally 15,000 Bitrate and 1080p this is at 720p and a bitrate of 5800 but understand 5800kb isn't blu-ray its dvd...

Decided to make my first post over this as most people just do not realise why blue-ray especially when you buy a blue-ray disc is better, well to enlighten everyone if you spend 5k on your sound system like mine (trying not to be too big headed). then the sound quality will rival that of a cinema, its not all about the picture quality like most people believe, it is actually the sound that counts.

Figured i would comment. You can get a pretty good laptap nowadays for 500 dollars that will play any anime just fine with the right player and codecs. No need to spend 2000 dollars  :-/

Imho you speak of heresy... All your arguments are invalid as decent does not mean an ever-technologically-advanced and latest. Decent means such that will play 720p or perhaps 1080p and for that there is no need to have a core i7 with 16 gigs of ram and latest nvidia/amd-ati vga. Hell i got a 6-7 years old PC and it plays 720p just fine. The arguments you gave are true in general but do not apply here and simply dont fit.
BD? Overrated?! ...I wont comment much on this one - ill just say that I strongly disagree and imho you have no idea what you are talking about.

Then change your player, God. If the video works for everyone else but you, than the problem is on your end.
I personally use VLC-2.0 Twoflower (64bit) partnered with the CombinedCommunityCodecPack and I've never had a problem with any of my videos playing. in 1080p or 720p.

You are an idiot, The bitrate for DVDs is 1800kbps-1500kbps VBR (That's variable bit rate) if you tried to put a video WITHOUT audio onto a DVD at 5800kbps you'd get an hour and 15 minutes to fit onto a DVD and that's without sound. The bitrate for the audio on a BD-rom is about 1700kbps, the same bitrate you'd find on a video for DVD. Why don't you go learn about the facts before you type yourself stupid.

EDIT: the audio on this particular torrent is sub BD quality for the sake of HD space. the standard audio on  a BD-rom is FLAC so the ripper down-stepped the audio when they ripped the vids

this is as uncencored as can be, as it's the Blu-rays.
