Use the [bbtimg=######] tags in place of direct URLs. You can find them on the info pages of your uploaded images.

Yeah, the system parses bbtimg tags in comments and pms the same as in the description, replacing them with their up-to-date direct links.
To display the bbtimg tags as-is for the purpose of teaching someone how to properly use them, you'll need to embed noparse tags.
For example, to display [bbtimg=34536] instead of http://bakashots.me/nfnQe2K4vdo1EWvx-oHc==, insert noparse tags around the number:
[bbtimg=[noparse]34536[/noparse]]
