Those two links aren't really relevant to brunoais' question. The first link is about a case of child prostitution which in most countries violates different laws than those concerning age of consent. The second link is about a couple living in Russia near Moscow and has nothing to do with Japan.

Wikipedia seems to think that the legal age of consent in Japan is 13, but I know I would do more research (and possibly consult a lawyer) if I was planning to do something of questionable legality.

Wikipedia seems to think that the legal age of consent in Japan is 13It is. But, rather confusingly, prefectures can effectively override that by enacting their own laws, and most have set a limit of 18.

Can someone please help me with the order of the files?Not quite sure what you're asking, but the numbers are chapter numbers. So start with chapter 1 and read in numberic order until you reach chapter 30.
They don't sort in the right order because this was done by different groups with different naming conventions.
