for a month or 2. i actually thought once- hey wouldn't it be great if OnDeed
encoded 'it' since i can't stand these modern anime (most of em). so i was
elated when i caught your offer.

If you are still using some shitty hardware player, that is YOUR problem. Besides, there are two old 8bit encodes of the movie on BakaBT.

You can't.
Well assuming you want a faithfully translated version like The Time Etranger got. There was a badly mangled dub a while back (as part of Macron-1) and raws of the Japanese DVDs are available, but no English subtitles. Bit of a pity really as it's not a very long series and makes for a pretty important entry in the history of mecha anime, so it would be neat if someone picked it, but no one has as of yet.

February 16th 2012 (1 year and 3 months and 3 days)This is 10bit, so the other uploads would stay anyway (this has only the Japanese audio, whereas there is a Russian dub/voice-over(?) on the divx rip), but there is also still the cropping issue of the R2J DVD, so it makes sense to keep the Toma torrent (or other R1 version).
Comparison
I used screens from the past threads instead of taking my owns, for the divx encode. I scaled them to match better though - you can see the chroma shift difference. The old version has 2 more lines on the top, but those are corrupt in the source (the top line belongs to the previous frame and there is chroma trouble from that too, I think.)
