Aside from that, it is really fantastic. The story is excellent, and contributes to the whole mythology.

This one is very good. It's a very mature and ambitious opera, some kind of "world" opera, with some strong and very clever influences by philosophy, gnosticism and popular culture.
It's the perfect complement to Devilman, which was also very deep and penetrating, but much more "reckless" and fast, narrative-wise.
