Oh my god! This is one of the funniest hentai I've ever seen. The quality is just so terrible, it's hilarious. Most of it isn't even animation, it's the camera panning in and out or back and forth to make the illusion of motion.
Plus the choice of music, especially during the sex scenes, is so wildly inappropriate you can't help but giggle during them.
Also, you could add gender bender/trap/crossdressing tags, the male lead even gets pegged by one of the girls.

One really has to wonder why this fine piece of art didn't receive a sequel, thus leaving the intricate story without a conclusion.
