If they were only available in MP3, aren't the MP3's lossless in the sense that we're never going to have a less lossy version?

However, would you consider a DVD lossless when a company decides not to release the BD version of an anime? Plus, I'm not sure if the music collections are based on format, which is what I have done in the past keeping MP3-only radio tracks solely in MP3 music collections, or the availability of quality, which is what you are suggesting. I'd prefer the primary stance and just note in the lossless collection that other albums were released in MP3-only format, but meh.
I see that the Clannad Music Collection has some MP3 radio files even though it is a FLAC version, although it hasn't been approved yet (not sure if that is the reason why).

looking forward to getting this one as i quite enjoyed the music from this series. Thanks for always making the MP3 torrents instead of there only be a Flac version.

We may consider allowing MP3 files from data CDs (since they're never going to be available in lossless) in FLAC torrents. For now, I'll grant this MP3 torrent.
