English for the Summary is pretty botched in couple places. Here's my best guess, without having seen this yet, at cleaning it up a bit:
Not sure if that should remain "robbery" (an event) or be changed to "robber" (a person) until I see it. Could also use "thief" instead of "robber" if it's a fairly non-violent person. Robbery usually implies weapons/force, etc. like in a bank hold-up.

This is a really nicely-done animation piece. Personally I would rate it a even higher than that Salmon-chan clip. It's such a pity that these young Taiwanese talents would graduate and promptly get destroyed by the studios out there...

The summary should probably be modified:

It's an important part of it's charm. The 'other senses' thing deserves the added emphasis.

I don't think anidb deserves credit for the description anyways. They just added it from the original youtube page and the website. http://evaty.main.jp/oos/e_info.html I personally prefer the blind part stays out as it is not entirely obvious she is blind until she reaches the fence. Sort of like a mini spoiler there. Makes you realize why the video is titled as such.
