I'd say the source isn't the LD itself. Someboddy from ADC capped his/her lasserdisc using a dvd recorder and uploaded the result. That is what BluDragon msot likely used for encoding...
(Edit: what I meant, the line in the description is a bit confusing in this regard, it makes people hopeful that it's a direct cap that could potentially be of better quality.)

I saw your comment on the forum. That does not change the fact that the original source is LD.

BluDragon also released v2 of the OVA, but I'm not sure the shitty quality of the source warrants 5000+ Kbps video bitrate

like these old style anime movies, reminds me of when i was young. High quality anime in all ways is good but classic anime is a flashback to the past

It's definitely some Olde Schoole anime!
Not exactly a deep plot, but still has its interesting moments. Pretty kid-safe as far as ecchi & violence go. It actually suffers from being only two episodes. Had this been done as even a 12 Ep. series, they could have polished it up a bit and filled out the story & characters more.
But, in the end, it's just some silly, Olde Schoole fun with lots of impossible action, a bad-ass main lady, andSpridle & Chim-Chim a pair of idiot, twin teens being baka-chans, somewhere between annoying and cute. 
Don't expect wonders on the video quality. It is what it is for the period & media it's from. Thanks much for the find and the upload! Tasty, short snack without any brain stress.
