Shin Koihime Musou ~Otome Tairan~ [Exiled-Destiny]  

This is the only low-res uncensored version of the series, and in fact the only low-res version other than HorribleSubs' webrips. As with the first and likely the second Koihime Musou seasons, Sentai re-used the CR subs. They're still pretty unlocalized, with -chan's, -dono's, and -neesama's all around. The only major differences I saw were a few more random mistakes and alternate romanizations, mainly dropping "u" from some "ou" spellings. Oh, and E-D's OCR rendered macroned " ū " from the vobsubs as umlauted " ü " in the .srts, but is otherwise pretty much error-free.

After five episodes, I can safely say that this is more of the same from the franchise; it won't blow you away or change your mind if you didn't care for the previous entries. But if you like cute girls in impossibly cool clothes having random sexy and swashbuckling adventures in anacronistic pseudo-ancient-China, Otome Tairan is recommendable. The once-useful tropes site may have information to help keep the characters straight. However, I didn't link it in case the admins over there decide to axe Koihime Musou for being based on an erogame and having fanservice of girls under age 20.

If you'd bothered to search or click the handy-dandy "related" link, you'd know that there's been a high-res release on BBT for quite some time.

Yeah I know, that trim on Gien's jacket in screenshot 6 is just garish. But if you're talking about subtitles, well... it's funny how people only have a problem with the color yellow when companies use it, and not when fansubbers do.  But if you'd bothered to read the description, you would've seen that these files have vobsubs and unstyled .srt subs, which can display in whatever color you want them to. Though if you have your settings set to play .srt subs in a color you don't care for, I don't know what to say...

If you think Zalis is a smartass you should be happy that no one else chimed in. Thanks to Zalis and his related link, you only have to click one time to see that the 720 has been up for over a year. Don't worry, everyone would feel like a dumbass if they asked without checking first.

Maybe you're still high on painkillers, otherwise, why would you want a 1080i release?, unless, of course, you mean 1080p.  

Well, I'd say one must be high on something to want a 1080p release of this series, because the sources for Koihime Musou in general are barely worth 720p. If you really want to burn bandwidth and HDD space on it, search for the 1080p release by polished on nyaa -- there's a reason it's not here on BBT.
