This was simultaneously the weirdest and yet most compelling manga I've read recently. It contains adult subject matter, but is no more than a very light Skinamax flick at best. I'd say the context of a 17 year old guy being seduced by his teacher / mentor (albeit she's just an older woman for the most part) is the most controversial point in this. But the elephant in the room would give anyone pause at the pinkish dog suit. I realized after a few chapters that you could see it as a bit of a metaphor. The main character rather than putting on emotional armor, decided to revert into his suit. No one challenged this until Ayane-chan came along for the most part.
I wonder if a psychology minor could use this as a fictional case study of how people manifest desire in a unique way. I will give it this:
ANYONE who has frequented this site for long enough has seen weirder things than this. This story was just really well written, but brief (in a good way).
