I've heard many good things about this anime, can't wait to download.

What group/ripper? These files lack info on on AniDB...
How do this compare to the other release on box;
http://www.boxtorrents.com/torrent/129368/F3_-_Frantic,_Frustrated_Female.html
(the more modern codecs/container speaks for this offer, and actually only the first episode of HL's release was dual audio...)

Hmm, filesizes don't match any of AniDB's entries. Could you post some screenshots?

Add that you ripped it yourself to the description.

Either the DVD-source is real bad, or you could have done a whole lot better at those filesizes :hmmm: (apparent blockiness...)
Is this really better than HL's release? I seriously doubt anyone release a DVD at this quality...

Omg I just had to comment. I used to have a video when I was younger called FFF and it was about a girl trying to be able to finish along with her bf and going aound trying so many hentai ways but not being able to and in the end i think her sis did it. I never thought I would see it again by randomly clicking to cked what is the offers XD. Hehe nice upload ^_^ gotta love it ^_^

I dont think it looks blocke but i can re-do it if you guys want but it will be bigger. How big of a file size should i limit it to?

As both encodes seem to suffer problems, the fault probably lies with the DVD itself...
Here's a screenshot comparison from HL's encode against screenshot 3 in the description.

Your encode fairs otherwise well against HL's but it's a bit oversmoothed (causing finer details and lines suffer and losing gradients)...
However both encodes seem to retain the blockiness which makes me think it's inherent to the DVD-release itself...

Agreed, while yours does appear less pixelated, it does seem to lack the color vibrance/contrast.  Although, the rip being dual audio is a definite plus in my opinion.  I'd say approve it unless he is willing to rip it again.  Unfortunately, I couldn't say which video codec to try since I am not an experienced ripper.

i see what you mean Blanchimont i think i will definitely re-do it granted it will be a day or two until i can post a better one. Any encoding tips you might have guys would be much appreciated. The program i used to create these was AutoMKV095c.

The program for the final encoding I've used so far has been MeGUI, one of the higher profiles altered for three-pass (though if you don't know what you're doing might be better not to touch the settings...). MeGUI offers a very rudimentary avs-script generator, but it should be sufficient for a decent encode, writing your own would give a whole lot more possibilities, but might require some studying first... (Well, to us MeGUI , you might want to do a bit reading first too...)

Edit; to load the ripped dvd into MeGUI/frameserver you might have to write a line like this into the avs-script
DGDecode_mpeg2source("xxx.d2v" ) (this example loads the 'd2v-file' (points to the actual VOB-file) with the help of Avisynth plugin 'DGDecode' and function 'mpeg2source' (used with mpeg1 and mpeg2 sources)...)
...and find the necessary avisynth plugins and dlls to actually be able to use those functions in a script (yeah, it's a bit of hassle but it becomes clearer with time. That is if you're serious about learning proper encoding. You might want to check Doom9 forums out...)
