Goroshi, couldn't you nudge the Description box (the lowest of all three) to the lower part of your description page, close to the bottom? That would do more justice to the image.

I think he meant to just reposition the bottom box so as to keep the snout of Madara "in the clear".

if I get that code I could edit it with own divclass and lower it a little bit so Madaras snout would be clear to see!

oh man! I got so tired to try to fix it so i changed back to this
and I found a little better background image which fits a litte better with this description!

Watched episode 1 side-by-side earlier. They use BSS subs for sure, so that's a good start. I didn't see any timing issues.
I didn't notice a whole lot of difference in video quality. Any that I did or didn't see could have just been my eyes playing tricks on me. Has anyone else done a side-by-side comparison here?

Nitpicking the desc. - text is hard, and at places almost impossible to read, add some transparent boxes behind it, or try something else...

Goroshi: I appreciate that you're willing to try your hand at improving the description. To be honest, I really liked the first image, although this is okay too.
I think you only need to learn a little bit more before you can make it look that much better. Try some transparent 1pixel png's (easily made in photoshop by painting a 1px by 1px image a color you like, and then lowering the opacity value to something like 10%, 25%, 50% or 75%), for the background of the textbox of your description, which will enhance the readability of the text against the image.
Try taking a look at some of the descriptions that do that and try to see how it's coded. I can recommend blubart's descriptions because he codes them really well and very neat (and thus easy to understand).
Don't give up!

ok now it works.. and I feel now so ashamed! i had to ask help from you guys!
(right now I just sweared almost 20 F**k words and F**k you 5 times and laughed after those)
as I dont have any photoshop or like that I probably couldnt have done this..
also does the previous image fits there any better now or change back to the v2 image?

You wouldn't believe the amount of help I've received from well-meaning users. Pay it forward.
I only hope this has a chance. Even though the DVD was a little cropped in respect to the HDTV-release, I actually like being able to watch this without the somewhat annoying TV-station logo. I don't mind the extra bitrate (and filesize).
