Fate/Stay Night [1080p] [Anime-Supreme]  

seems like many ppl have audio/video sync problems....which is common with hd stuff i guess... i hope you realize that there are dozens of video/audio codecs/renderers which your pc uses to decode and display the video/audio....depending what program/decoders you use...the usuall programs that most ppl use usually have a generic general codec/renderer for everything..... i myself often have video/audio sync problems... but its usually solved by changing the codecs/renderer.... i use zoom player.... the good version has a dozen video renderer options to choose from... more often than not... just using the right video render for the anime usually fixes the sync issues.....since nearly 100% of the time... its not the audio that out of sync of the video...... its the video thats out of sync with the audio....

But I'm one of those people that dont like manually changing codecs of each anime quality I watch [ranges from 300p to 1080p/ avi, rmvb, xvid, mkv, ogg, etc]
Thats why I like K-Lite Mega Codec pack, because it just does everything for you (most of the time).
Everybody has their own preference of media player, we can only recommend the players that work for us, so its up to the people that have a problem to choose which suits them.

On a side note, my near dead laptop 1.6ghz cpu, 512mb Ram, intergrated graphics of like 64 or 32mb, can play the 720p H264.mkv with k-lite. Doesnt quite make the 1080p cut though   (but thats what the all powerful desktop is for)

Ummm...You could change the tag to "VN spoiler" or something. I expected an anime spoiler and checked it, since i already finished the anime. But, unfortunately, i just found out something etremely surprising that's a part of the VN. Now i'm watching UBW... Can't enjoy much with that spoiler stuck in my head.

Not much of a problem this time. I was going to watch UBW yesterday anyway. And i had seen the spoiler in this week too. I try not to watch animes too carefully, unless they are detective animes, so that everything comes as a surprise. If i do watch carefully, usually my assumptions are spot-on and there isn't much suspense left.

All I'm saying is, if it's not a spoiler related to the torrent, it's best to mention from where it is. Then only people who watched/played/read that will check. i was once scolded for putting a manga spoiler in the anime section under spoiler tags. I am just giving you the same advice they gave to me.

And you probably know how to "change the name of spoiler tags", don't you? JUST in case you don't (no offense. i will delete this part if you already know)......

I'd just like anyone who has problems with 1080p to look into media player classic and coreavc.

with coreavc, I can play 1080p on my dual-core netbook, which used to have trouble playing 720p before.

Indeed but its not hard to tell. Anyway, I tried several things suggested as above, but still got a miss matched audio and videos, tried CCCP and VLC as well, any idea ?

love and hate this anime @ the same time, alil more than half way through it and still can stand the main character, but dig or love every one else, strong supporting cast, lame ass main character.  hoping the new movie will get approved since it centers around a supportive character.

To anyone having video lag or cutting out of sound, i had that problem before. use cccp but uncheck the flac audio under ffd show decoder in the settings, i don,t know if it'll work for you, but it worked for me so i hope its of some help.

I managed to acquire a translated version of the first arc of the VN several years ago, and loved every second of it. When this was announced, I was overjoyed. I was somewhat disappointed by the passive censorship, but I still liked this series a lot. One of a few series that I own to completion in actual DVD form.

Take king Arthur and make him into a gorgeous woman in French armor. Only in Japan. Nice series altogether.

A good series, I just wish they had gone into more depth on the romance between Saber (or Sabre i don't know which way they spelled it) and Shiro. i just thought like it seemed rushed although not every anime can go on for 50+ episodes probably because of budget or time restraints. Anyways i loved the way they portrayed Saber (or Sabre) visually she has to be one of the best looking anime characters to date(personal opinion). I also liked that it conveyed the message that people should help each other and the fight scenes were pretty cool (I like shows with a message or values). Huh....just wish Saber could have lightened up a bit more near the end of the series. Overall i would give this a 7/10, definitely worth a watch as well as the movie.  
P.S.: The little blend of mythology they threw in is cool too it makes you feel smart that you already know a little about the characters. BTW THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE UPLOAD!

I agree. Great series. It would be nice to have a series with a real happy ending, instead of these win-lose ones though... Things like this are more like old tragedies... And I don't like Shakespeare

I thought the animated version was merely "okay" when I saw it a couple of years ago, I too found Shirou to be whiny and the characters not to be that likable (which isn't necessarily a flaw, per se). But, I'm actually playing the visual novel version now and, not only do I like Shirou as a character now, I find him to be one of the better characters in the story. There is so much more depth and detail in the novel version, that it's kind of ridiculous. I'm not sure if it was even necessary to make the anime a 24 episode series while trying to add in stuff from UBW and HF, I think the anime would have been better off following the Fate arc for 12 or so episode. But, considering how it's taken me damn near 3 whole days worth of reading just to get near the end of UBW I'm not really sure if that's enough.

Great anime but was hoping for a happy ending >.<
