does this include the specials?Unless they went back and tl'd all the omakes in the back of each of the volumes and got somebody else to proofread them besides me, no. None of the omakes were translated, unfortunately. I might hit up Kaens one of these days and see if he's willing to do them......
That said, this is probably one of the most rewarding manga I've ever had the privilege to TLC/Proofread. It's probably my all time favourite manga.

Don't get me wrong, the anime is a great anime. I love it. However, that being said the manga has a lot more story to it and heaps more characters are in it. Unfortunately, the anime only covers about a half of the manga as it was made while the manga was still running si most of the character's pasts and stories remain unresolved. Manga version of Lucy is also more powerful than her anime counterpart though only has two vectors. There is a great romance in the manga too.

Incredible! A must read. However, there is a lot of victimization. If you have been a victim of ostracism, abuse or any kind, or being different in a minute or extreme way it might hit home hard (if you have a heart)... then you get to volume 10. Goes from psychological monster into Sci-Fi. Make of that what you will.
