I guess in a few hours. Now it's downloading and i'm still trying to sleep. So might take some time. Only 7 seeds. BTW i'm always kind. 
Edit: Sacrificed my sleep for blubart. Anyway, here is one. I used MS picture manager to just upscale DATS' one i guess. Do say if i made a mistake. And if needed, i can always put up some more. Though it's a bit difficult to find the exact same frame from 2 different releases.

Couldn't use imageshack because it doesn't allow ecchis.
It was hard to find the picture too. Few sites have this anime's wallpapers. Even Minitokyo had only 4 scans, this being one of them.

Well, this anime was never made in HD. It was upscaled for the D-TBS channel. But it's a SD anime.

That is actually a .ts for episode 11, just named after 12. There is no actual HD raw for 12, believe me.

i am not sure if the comment before me will mean that the torrent will be swapped but for now here are the files since there seems to be no initial seed
as far as i know these are the final versions but i got them a while back so i might be wrong when it comes to the first 6 episode

Remember i have that problem of "Torrent doesn't connect to any peer until you restart the PC after putting the torrent in queue"? 
And i finally got around to watching angel beats too. Expect me to seed in a while.
Edit: Awesome! Even restarting doesn't fix the problem now. Don't expect me to seed anything after all.

yeah i read it, it also has another hyperlink called season 2, linking to the sd version of this. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't an error cos i want to dl all of the series now (shitty bandwidth limits.. its the end of my internet month so i got spair bandwidth)

It seems the "Webcast" tag means something like these small 3-minutes-per-episode animes. Should i add that tag?
