You could use foobar to do the job by just simply mark the specific tracks, right click, convert. Assign MP3 and change the settings to your liking. If you prefer a noob-proof easy to use tool, try this one.

According to the cast listing in the booklet for "Memories of You," Nonaka Ai (野中藍)/Sakura Kyouko(佐倉杏子) wasn't one of the cast members for the first track (Mahou Shoujo Madoka ☆ Magica Drama CD Memories of You).
The ID3 tag is missing about half the list for the cast, as well, specifically:
Shintani Ryouko (新谷良子)/Shizuki Hitomi(志筑仁美)
Yuuko Gotou (後藤邑子)/Kaname Junko(鹿目詢子)
Iwanaga Testuya (岩永哲哉)/Kaname Tomohisa (鹿目知久)
Iwao Junko (岩男潤子)/Saotome Kazuko (早乙女和子)
Matsuoka Yoshitsuku (松岡禎丞)/Nakazawa (中沢)

Looking at it, the Drama CD came from Shaftfag, and we usually do not change group releases if possible. So it isn't the uploader's fault. Maybe it'll get re-tagged and swapped with the third bonus CD being released, we'll see.

Does anybody know when the second ost will come out? This torrent should be marked incomplete since the second ost isn't out. I read that it'll be released with the 4th DVD/BD release. Anybody know when that'll come out?
