If you'd really like the original Japanese character set to be available, consider copying them into an info file of some sort and including it as an attachment to the torrent. It's a bloody nightmare not having the filenames display in ... well, just about everything.

Yes, please rename the files to reflect the romaji names in the other torrent. Check the file tags, they may need fixing as well. You may keep the Japanese tracklists in the description, but please add the romaji tracklists there as well.
