Difference is extremely small. Most likely not really noticeable for most. I'm using IPS pane from NEC over dual link calibrated. More details in black, and the slightly brighter light/detail on the corner form those glow sticks + tiny bit more detail. Now it would make sense if this is full bit rate(blu-ray rip) all the details will be kept in the black areas enough to make a difference.
I have not tried this on the 4k monitor at work that is more accurate.
The difference in the 2 is not great enough to make me care during actual playback. Anyone running a high end projection system over 100" should buy the bluray... All the details lost could make you cry.
This should be watched on a plasma, black levels are much better.

I havn't seen anyting from K-On! at any Animelo-shows. Is there a reason why? I thought K-On! was a huge success and should have its proper place there.
