Being a dual-audio release, the only upcoming release this would compete with is De.us. But who knows when they will finish. Unless this release happens to be worse than E-D (or Virus123 >_>), it should be taken – if only temporarily. End of story.

The amount of detail loss in this encode is pretty astounding. Here I thought no one could possibly do worse than Virus did (Sorry Virus, no offense intended). I told myself I was going to pretend I didn't see this offer, but I can't in good faith let the 'Oh gah the quality/This looks so good' comments start up.
Not an exact frame match, but this should give you an idea of why aWarpSharp2(thresh=2000000) is not the way to fix Lucky Star. ETA on De.us Lucky Star is whenever it's finished though, so don't expect it anytime soon.
On a separate note: Xemnarth, you're going to have to take the OVA out of this and offer it separately.

It's not a parody. Lucky Star is an original slice of life comedy. The parody tag is because they reference a lot of other things in the show.

for shit's and giggles i just ordered the Lucky Star BD box set (ouch 507$)
i will dump true raws on nyaa when i get them from amazon IF they look good. sometimes i do better up-scaling my self then them.
i have the dvd box set atm if any one wants me to dump raws for it
been a monster fan from day one and have most of the figures
