There a reason that DB does not start at ep 50? as well as not using the 720 SGKK?

I don't understand why you're using hardsubs when there are perfectly good softsubs available?

Lunar did up to ep. 69 before they stopped. I see no reason not to pick up there.

Lunar was better than DB through episode 70. And apparently 720p = upscale and not significantly better than 480p for a good portion of the show's run.

Softsubs are not consistently available; you'd have to jump back and forth between DB and other groups multiple times since other groups skipped episodes.

Hmm...I have to disagree on Lunar vs DB but oh well (group personal preference). And "not significantly better" does not mean same or worse so why not use better versions? If it is bc of file size, space is cheap.


Just bc a group continued when a better group came is not reason to continue to use the original group.

why no KAA for eps 1-20?  they clearly had the best quality despite dropping it so quickly.

consistency is one thing but  i for one thought the Lunar releases were pants (granted, early DB was worse).

God i wish i had the time to rewatch this show (in 1 long marathon). Gues ill fck my ratio and save this for later while i still can

I heard they are waiting on the manga to finish and then they will finish the final arc. Its basically on hiatus right now until the manga gets finished and they start animating.   So we still have one more arc to go or so I have heard.

Try looking at the file list. You'll see that some files contain 2 episodes that aired together on TV, like 68-69, 84-85, etc.

Some episodes might be joined together. I've seen a few series that have episodes merged since they were specials or ran back to back when they aired or something.

Oh yea, that's true. Forgot about that stuff even though I watch Naruto. I'm too used to the smaller series :p (also where I can actually see the full list in one quick peek).

Anyway, while I am asking question; is there going to be another torrent up at some point that includes the HD episodes that are in the later part of the series? Not sure how the group works as it would be a combination of group B and C since not all episodes were made in HD.

Well, 13 to 15 are already available. We're thinking about putting those seasons and the final 16th season in its own torrent. But that would only contain 13 to 16, not 1 to 16. But still discussing...
