I don't think Kalafina was included in the BD release even though they participated. I watched one of the raws from nyaa just for their performance but they weren't there :'-(

Revolution's performances are not included in the DVD/Bluray release

God, I've been waiting for TM to turn up at animelo since outrider. why, Why, WHy, WHY, WHYY!!!!!! Anybody knows the reason and whether there will be another release? God, its frustrating.These things usually happen because :
a) Poor performance
b) Equipment problems
c) Label/agency/manager will allow them to participate but claims all rights to their performance, including film.
I was disappointed as hell when it was announced months ago that Kalafina weren't going to be included. However, sometimes these bits of video will turn up on an official release (usually on the bonus DVD).
Been keeping an eye on this show's page on CDJ, so I knew that these performances weren't going to be included.
