Tag it as multiaudio and remove the dualaudio from name, and replace x264 with H264.
Odd framerate... Is it a VFR encode?
Screenshots suggest it's Anamorphic 4:3, and should be added in the vid info.
ps. You could add 480p to name and remove the "scan type = progressive".

I didn't put any group info because I ripped it myself. Also the subtitles from the ILA release are the same as the ones on the dvd so I just used those to save myself the trouble of converting them myself.

Also, are these dubtitles (exactly the same as the English audio track) or true subtitles?

GTO is better There's nothing "americanized" about this, nor is there any relation to GTO that would make a comparison pertinent.
This movie is really something. Very well made and imaginative.
